Sandra has 20+ years in Compensation and HR Consulting. Previously she was a senior compensation consultant at Hewitt and Aon Hewitt where she managed several large, medium and small global custom compensation surveys (i.e., Total Compensation Measurement, Telecommunications, Big 3 Auto Manufacturing, Forestry, Hiring Rate, Discount Brokerage, Auto Import and Auto Finance). Sandra conducted market studies/benchmarking as well as total compensation reviews on behalf of board of directors, and corporate human resources departments for executive and broad-based roles.
Her expertise in compensation surveys as well as providing technical and analytical expertise to clients in the development of related salary structures and administration guidelines is vital. She has also consulted with firms in the development and implementation of Human Resource Management systems (HRIS). Sandra has provided compensation, pay equity, and total rewards consulting to companies including the Auto Industry and Auto Finance Groups, Laurentian University, Septodont, Shepherd’s Village, South West Local Integration Health Network, Tiger Drylac, and The Law Society of Ontario
Sandra completed her HR certificate at Durham College and SAP HR and SAP Business Objects through Mohawk College. Sandra is a member of HRPA York Region Chapter.
