Vikhe has over 20 years of progressive experience in the areas of business, system and data analysis, data manipulation, application design and development, database design and management functions. He specializes in development and implementation of annual and custom compensation survey applications, data management processes, data validation tools, and client ready deliverables.

Most recently as Associate Director – Business Systems, he played a key role in the delivery of Willis Towers Watson’s HR technology solutions to internal and external clients. He was responsible for developing functional and technical specifications, data consolidation and calculations as well as assisted in developing standardized work processes, methodologies. He also managed the software testing life cycle to ensure that business needs were met in a timely and effective fashion.

While at Aon Hewitt, Vikhe was responsible for the design, development and implementation of a set of integrated client-server and web applications for the Canadian Compensation Survey group to deliver their products and services to the internal and external clients. The survey data management and analysis applications allowed for the collection, validation, cleaning and management of survey participants’ compensation, benefits pay practices data and the analysis and reporting of results for the annual Canadian association, custom and club surveys. The CRM application was designed specifically for managing survey participation, company level information and related marketing activities. Vikhe also developed a compensation benchmarking application which was used in the preparation of competitive compensation reviews, which incorporated multiple published and private survey sources.

Vikhe has a Diploma in Education Program for Software Professionals from University of Waterloo and a Certificate in Big Data Analytics from York University.
